Tomorrow is Brian's birthday... so tonight I made a cake! It's one of his favorites... yellow cake, chocolate frosting... :)
Whenever I use my mixer, it makes me think of when I was a kid and I would "help" my Mom bake. Great memories... she's a great baker, and my biggest job was always taste tester!
